Where does the Heurigen tour lead?

Our tour begins at the Heiligenstadt stop. From there we take the bus up to Kahlenberg, where we enjoy the breathtaking view over Vienna and the Danube. After a short break, we continue to the first wine tavern, the “Feuerwehr Wagner”. Here we toast with a first splash and let our gaze wander over the vineyards and the Danube. We then continue our hike and visit the “Heurigen Hirt”, followed by the “Mayer am Nussberg”.  Before we reach our destination, the "Einkehr zur Zahnradbahn", where the warm-up party and registration for the TYPO3camp 2024 will take place, we will take a short detour to the "Windischbauer" - if it is open.  The entire route is approximately 5 km long and is mostly on paved paths, so no special hiking equipment is required.  The tour only takes place in good weather. Please remember to bring enough cash with you, as the Heurigen usually do not accept card payments.
